Your computer is running slow, crashing all the time, full of viruses or maybe it is "yesterday's hero" not quite up to playing the games from right NOW that you want to play.

Viruses CAN be removed without the need to format, lose everything and start from scratch where the virus hasnt already destroyed everything.
Slow computers CAN be made faster, once more, either by fixing what is wrong in the software or advising you that your current hardware is either faulty or insufficient and letting you know what can be done to make it better.
Upgrades so that you can play today's games, depending on the specifications of what is needed in each game, CAN be done without a new computer being built so you CAN play that game you just got for Christmas, birthday, whatever.
